Yes, they definitely are dishwasher safe. I do recommend hand washing but I’ll be honest I only wash the mugs I use in the dishwasher… On the top shelf of course.

Yes, mugs are microwaveable. I don’t use any lusters.

Yes, I ship internationally. The only hitch is that it costs a bit more and buyer is responsible for any additional taxes or import fees customs may impose.

I use 100% recycled materials. In the rare occasion I use bubble wrap or peanuts it’s because I am recycling it from a package I may have received.

All orders are shipped within 1 – 2 business days of order. USPS is typically the main shipment method unless otherwise requested.

If you received an item damaged/broken please reach out immediately so we can get a claim filed and a replacement sent out ASAP.

Unless you are returning/exchanging an item that arrived damaged, you will be responsible for shipping costs back. Please know that the responsibility for returning breakable items back to us safely is up to you. We cannot exchange or return items that are returned to us in anything less than new condition. The shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will receive a refund only when a return has been received back to us. If you are exchanging an item please leave us a note or send an email with the items you would like to exchange for as long as the item is available.
